What age groups do you cater to?
Children aged 9-16 years old are welcome.
How are the classes conducted online?
Registered students will be sent a weekly reminder and link to enable them to join their allocated session.
What is the class duration and frequency?
Registered students are expected to attend every Saturday and Sunday according to their agreed times.
Who are the teachers, and what are their qualifications?
All of our teachers are UK born citizens and are trained and qualified teachers in the UK.
How do parents pay?
We accept Easy Paisa as the only form of monthly payments.
How do we login to each class
Weekly email sent with class details and link to join. The time of each class will not change unless notice is provided by SPEAK English Hub.
How are assessments conducted?
Our assessments are reading, pronunciation and conversational. They vary across the different levels that your child will achieve throughout their learning journey with us.
Is there a free trial period available?
During our initial launch period we will offer trial sessions however these may be withdrawn at any time.
What technology or tools are required for the classes?
Students only require access to email and a computer/laptop, all classes are delivered using our online education software.
How do you ensure the safety and security of online classes?
Our teachers are all vetted in the UK using enhanced DBS.
What is the student-teacher ratio in the classes?
Student numbers will not exceed 8 per teacher group, but we usually aim for 5 students per group.
How are progress and assessments tracked?
We use a variety of reading and conversational styles to measure progress.
What happens if a student misses a class?
It is the responsibility of parents and students to ensure classes are not missed. We aim to ensure students are placed in learning groups according to ability and age, therefore re-allocating class group can be difficult.
What is the fee structure?

How do you handle different English proficiency levels?
Registered students are grouped according to age and higher proficient learners are identified and offered bespoke grouping if required.
Is there a curriculum, and what topics are covered?
We have worked hard with our partner countries to identify specific learning styles and our curriculum is based on this experience.
Are there opportunities for cultural immersion or exposure to native English environments?
All our teachers are native English speakers and trained in the UK. Classes are delivered from our UK based education centre.
How do you handle technical issues during online classes?
Our education software is robust, however in the event of missed classes due to technical issues, admin will communicate necessary steps to ensure students are kept on track for learning.
Do you offer group or one-on-one sessions?
Our group sessions are the most cost effective way for parents to proceed. one to one sessions can be provided but expect to pay substantial amount, please contact the WhatsApp line.
Are there any prerequisites for enrollment?
Child must have ability to read English, as our course is tailored to speaking sound.
What happens if a student wants to switch classes or levels?
We will work with the students to identify and update accordingly.
Do you offer certifications or assessments for language proficiency?
Once the registered students have passed through the basic levels, we will work with parents and student to identify specific language requirements for further certification.
How can parents communicate with teachers or get updates on their child's performance?

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
This is an opportunity as a monthly rolling contract.
Are there opportunities for students to engage in conversational practice with native speakers?
All our teachers are native English speakers.
What technology requirements are needed for online classes?

What happens if a student wishes to discontinue classes?
This is a monthly rolling contract. Parents wishing to withdraw their child must contact us using the WhatsApp line.
Are there opportunities for students to participate in language-related projects or presentations?
This is included once the registered student has completed the basics.
